Bylaws Committee
The purpose of this committee is to review suggested bylaw changes and monitor mandatory changes recommended by the National Association of REALTORS® to ensure compliance.

Education Committee
The purpose of this committee is to support the education efforts of SIBR to further the real estate knowledge and skills necessary to maintain and improve the professionalism of members; duties will include assisting with scholarship awards.

Legislative/Government Affairs Committee
The purpose of this committee is to plan and prepare for the annual RPAC Auction and assist with fundraising efforts.

Community Involvement Committee
The purpose of this committee is to plan and oversee activities aimed at promoting camaraderie within the association. The committee also organizes and participates in fundraising events in an effort to give back to the local communities.

REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC)
The purpose of this committee is to monitor state, national, and local legislative issues and events that affect REALTORS®; respond to the National Association of REALTORS® and Illinois REALTORS® requests for association actions on pending legislation relating to real estate issues; inform members about national, state, and local legislative issues and events; and promote member attendance at the Illinois REALTORS® Capitol Conference.
