Proposed Bylaws Amendments

One of SIBR’s strategic goals has been to conduct a thorough review of our policies and procedures, including our bylaws, to ensure they effectively support the operations of our association. During this review, we identified areas in need of revision and have proposed changes. Our focus is on associations building strong, effective governance policies. The Board of Directors has approved these changes, and they now require your approval.
