Southwestern Illinois, April 2, 2025 – The Southwestern Illinois Board of REALTORS® (SIBR) hosted its annual Celebration of SIBR Awards on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at the Regency Center in O’Fallon Illinois. This event gathered over 220 members for an afternoon dedicated to honoring exceptional individuals nominated by their peers for their outstanding contributions and achievements throughout 2024.

President Rick Swain expressed profound admiration for the award recipients, stating,  “Laissez les bons temps rouler”….”Let the good times roll” and that is just what we did.  What an amazing event!  We celebrated so many outstanding agents, referral partners and brokerages that took home such well deserved awards.  It was so fun seeing so many people dressed up for the occasion and having fun!  Congratulations to all the winners and let’s take that love and enthusiasm into the rest of 2025!”

This year, Sam Row of Keller Williams Pinnacle was recognized as the 2025 REALTOR® of the Year. Sam expressed that “It was such a shocking and amazing award to win this year. I’ve been volunteering with the association for a long time now working through our organizations merge and other milestones. I cannot tell you how much it meant to me that our membership recognized that work and dedication to our industry.

Row has been an active member of the organization and previously served as SIBR President in 2024. He has also played a significant role in advocating professionalism and continued education within the industry.

Row will be formally recognized and celebrated at the REALTOR® of the Year Award banquet April 28 in Springfield, IL.
